This whitepaper drafts a governance model, the so called ‘orchestration model’. This model can be deployed as guidance to how the different regional ecosystems can be orchestrated, in line with EU’s aspirations and community-based platforms.

The primary purpose of this deliverable is the use of the Deployment Plan, as a common plan for the pilot partners to manage the pilot execution, and to monitor the pilot progress.

This deliverable describes the development of a methodological approach for impact measurement in four months. The key-outcome is the dRural impact measurement framework (dIM) that draws on six capitals to assess economic and social progress in European regions.

This whitepaper laid out the first methodology for crafting a deeper comprehension of and paves the way for the further development of the service ecosystem. The overarching methodology across the regions finds its foundation in the latest academic literature in different fields and on knowledge from experts in the field.

In this report we present the entire development and design process, from elaborating on the idea of a dRural MOOC, to the result, a dRural Academy including a unique “Get onboard course” designed and customized for Service providers and small business owners in rural areas. 

This Open Call has been closed on April 20th, 2023. The project launched the call to select 8 Mirror Regions from outside the consortium to come onboard to replicate the dRural platform.
